1) What DoxxScore is

DoxxScore is a one-time doxxing risk assessment that generates a score and a prioritized action plan based on the information you provide and certain external signals (for example, whether an email appears in known breach datasets).

DoxxScore is not a monitoring service and does not provide ongoing scanning unless explicitly stated in a separate offer.

What DoxxScore is not

• Not a promise that content will be removed from the internet.
• Not a done-for-you data broker removal service.
• Not a guarantee of safety or anonymity.
• Not legal advice or a substitute for professional counsel.

2) Eligibility

DoxxScore is intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not use DoxxScore unless a parent or guardian is involved and authorizes the purchase and use.

3) Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Use the report responsibly and lawfully.
• Do not use DoxxScore to stalk, harass, threaten, or identify someone’s personal information for misuse.
• You are responsible for any actions you take (or don’t take) based on the report.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, probe, scan, or attempt to break the service.
• Use automated scripts to overload or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to access data that doesn’t belong to you.
• Use DoxxScore in connection with illegal activity, harassment, or discrimination.

5) Purchases and delivery

DoxxScore is sold as a one-time purchase. After purchase, you’ll complete the questionnaire and receive a PDF report. Delivery time is typically immediate, but may vary due to technical issues or service availability.

No refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. Because DoxxScore is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, we can’t offer refunds once your order is completed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report (for example, the report won’t load or the PDF download fails), contact support and we’ll help you resolve it.

6) Third-party services

DoxxScore may rely on third-party providers (for example, hosting, payments, email delivery, and breach lookup services). We’re not responsible for third-party outages or changes that impact availability or results.

Some recommendations in your report may reference third-party tools or services. Any decision to use them is up to you, and those providers’ terms and privacy policies apply.

7) Intellectual property

The DoxxScore website, assessment flow, scoring logic, report format, and written materials are owned by DoxxScore (and/or its licensors). You may use your report for personal use, but you may not resell, copy, or publish it commercially without permission.

8) Disclaimers (no warranties)

DoxxScore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Scores and recommendations are informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect due to factors outside our control (including changes to third-party services and the public web).

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoxxScore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoxxScore’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you’re violating these terms or using the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

11) Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy notice. By using DoxxScore, you acknowledge that notice.

12) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
